Burger and Chips

Developed holistic delivery program (food, packaging, bag, label and process) for 25 unit national concept, resulting in first year, 10% incremental growth. 

Hot Pizza

Worked with 26 unit (5 state) pizza chain with new ingredient identification, worked with manufacturers to ensure consistent year round supply, lock in FOB pricing, engaged unit level food distributors to source the product and get into existing supply chain.

Interior of Cafe

Grew regional restaurant brand from 3 units and $6M in sales to 9 units and $30M in sales. Involved in all aspects of new product development from culinary to vendor sourcing.

Spices

Created proprietary ingredient blend to resolve syneresis issues in hot fill dips & spreads for co-man as well as reformulation of existing product lines to be sold directly into airline channels.

Relocated co-packing manufacturing plant, interviewed and visited 5+ possible facilities, designed novel distribution/brokerage model, ensured all supply chain and logistic issues were resolved, grew retail unit placements by 3X and increased per unit margin by 270% - volume approx. 25k cases annually.

Fresh Bread Rolls

Worked with a regional bakery to facilitate approval of the manufacturing facility by USDA, including writing of HACCP plans, designing food prep procedures, authoring of all necessary manuals and SOP’s for line level production employees.
